A message dated July 20 was received stating the Governor read the                                                              
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                                               
    Disapproving the proposed rule by the National Park Service                                                                 
    limiting non-subsistence hunting methods; and urging the
